North Willow Glen Neighborhood Association would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to Councilmember Dev Davis and San Jose Department of Transportation for the new mulch along Bird Avenue! We look forward to continued collaborations to further beautify that important corridor, a true gateway to all of Willow Glen.
