Opportunity for input into Lincoln Avenue: Tonight

The Willow Glen Business Association will be hosting a community meeting to gather input for Design Guidelines being developed for Lincoln Avenue within the Willow Glen Community Benefit District. The meeting is on Monday, April 18th 6:30pm to 8pm at the Willow Glen Library, 1157 Minnesota Avenue. Many neighbors attended the first phase of this project and provided input into the design standards. This meeting is for phase two – the design guidelines project.

The purpose of this project is to preserve the unique character of Downtown Willow Glen by fostering a pedestrian-friendly environment that promotes the district's businesses on a local and regional level. It is important to note that this project was not brought on as a revitalization effort, but as an opportunity for the community to develop planning tools to reflect the values, character, and traditions of Willow Glen.

Please drop in anytime during this workshop to learn more about WGBA’s proposed guidelines for Downtown Willow Glen. Light refreshments will be provided.
